Rules for Attending Classes
Choose your level
For flexibility and stretching classes, we recommend wearing leggings, a t-shirt or sports top, and socks. Our muscles handle physical activity—especially stretching—better when they’re warm. Therefore, it’s important to maintain warmth throughout the entire session.
Attire
Even if you’ve never trained in splits or stretching and feel like your body doesn’t know the meaning of "flexibility," there’s no need to worry. The more relaxed you are, the better your muscles will stretch. This will also enhance the effectiveness of your trainer, who will guide you through the initial challenges and support you along the way.
The Right Mindset
How the Training Sessions Work
Group classes take place in a spacious hall on comfortable mats, guided by a professional trainer.
We recommend signing up for a trial stretching session to assess your level of preparation. You can attend classes according to the schedule at a time that suits you best.
We are open on weekdays from 9 AM to 10 PM and on weekends from 10 AM to 6 PM.
Classes are offered at three levels: Lite, Base, Pro.
