FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
The six main movement patterns include:

Functional Training (up, low, all) consists of physical exercises that involve multi-joint movements, closely mimicking the motions of daily life.
HIIT

This training is suitable for individuals with a moderate level of fitness.

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) involves strength or cardio exercises that alternate between maximum, moderate, and light levels of intensity. The primary goal of HIIT workouts is to accelerate metabolism for rapid fat burning in a short amount of time.
You will harmoniously improve your entire body, tone your muscles, strengthen your spine, and enhance your posture.
What to Expect from Your Training Sessions
Group TRX training takes place in a spacious gym equipped with modern facilities, led by an experienced fitness trainer.

Exercises are performed on the TRX equipment using body weight and additional strength equipment.

Group size: Up to 10 participants

Duration: 45-55 minutes
